Rock Systems Fixed Incline Radial Stockpiling Conveyor up to 150' Long, Model 502-F complete as follows: (Available Widths: 24", 30", 36", 42" & 48")

a) Head terminal includes Dodge drum pulley mounted on 1045TGP shafting with Dodge pillow block bearings.

b) Internal wrap drive assembly includes Weg TEFC electric motor; Dodge shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and OSHA drive guard; Dodge rubber lagged drive pulley mounted on 1045TGP shafting with Dodge pillow block bearings, Dodge self-cleaning bend pulley mounted on 1045TGP shafting with Dodge pillow block bearings; pulley nip guards.

c) Tail terminal includes Dodge self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 1045TGP shafting with Dodge pillow block bearings and screw take-up assemblies; OSHA approved tail terminal guard.

d) Radial receiving hopper bolted to tail terminal complete with skirtboards and rubber flashing.

e) Conveyor truss frame 42" deep with 4" x 3" x 1/4" top and bottom chord angles, 2" x 2" x 1/4" side lattice bracing, 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/4" top and bottom lattice bracing.

f) Conveyor belting, 3 ply with 3/16" top rubber cover and 1/16" bottom rubber cover, 330# working tension, Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice.

g) CEMA "C" conveyor troughing idlers 35 degree deep with 5" diameter rolls mounted on 4' centers; CEMA "C" troughing idlers 20 degree deep with 5" diameter rolls mounted on close centers at the load point and one at the head pulley; CEMA "C" return idlers with 5" diameter rolls mounted on 10' centers.

h) Conveyor undercarriage designed for fixed height operation complete with support legs to radial undercarriage assembly with dual 10:00x20, 12 ply pneumatic tires with spindles, hubs and pillow block bearings.

i) Pivot plate assembly for tail terminal to operate conveyor in the radial mode.

j) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.

k) Optional equipment includes electric motor controls or wiring, power radial traversing drive, belt scraper, safety stop switch with pull cords, return idler guards, gravity take-up assembly, discharge hood, hood covers, walkway, belt scale.
