Rock Systems 80' Long Portable Radial Stockpiling Conveyor, Model 502-80 complete as follows: (Available Widths: 24", 30", 36", 42" & 48")

a) Head terminal includes TEFC electric motor; Dodge shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and drive guard; Dodge rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 1045TGP shafting with Dodge pillow block bearings, head pulley nip guards. Head terminal manually top folds for highway travel.

b) Tail terminal includes Dodge 16" diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 1045TGP shafting with Dodge pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies with 24" travel; OSHA approved tail terminal guard.

c) Radial receiving hopper bolted to tail terminal complete with skirtboards and rubber flashing.

d) Conveyor truss frame 30" deep with 3" x 3" x 1/4" top and bottom chord angles, 2" x 2" x 1/4" side lattice bracing, 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/4" top and bottom lattice bracing.

e) Conveyor belting, 2 ply with 3/16" top rubber cover and 1/16" bottom rubber cover, 220# working tension, Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice.

f) CEMA "C" conveyor troughing idlers 35 degree deep with 5" diameter rolls mounted on 4' centers; CEMA "C" troughing idlers 20 degree deep with 5" diameter rolls mounted on close centers at the load point and one at the head pulley; CEMA "C" return idlers with 5" diameter rolls mounted on 10' centers.

g) Conveyor undercarriage constructed of heavy duty tube and wide flange beams with cross bracing, permitting adjustable inclination of conveyor from the travel position to the operating position.

h) Swivel wheel assemblies to position wheels for travel mode or radial mode for stockpiling.

i) Single wheels with spindles and 11R-22.5/14 pneumatic tires.

j) Fifth wheel pin assembly for towing; pivot plate assembly for tail terminal to operate conveyor in radial mode; field tow hitch.

k) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.

l) Optional equipment includes electric motor controls or wiring, power radial traversing drive, power undercarriage raise/lower feature, power folding head terminal, belt scraper, safety stop switch with pull cords, return idler guards, discharge hood, hood covers, walkway, belt scale.
