Model 108-3S-RAP Stationary 3 Bin RAP/Shingle Feeder

Rock Systems Stationary 3 Bin RAP/Shingle Feeder complete as follows:

a.  Each hopper is 7’-9” wide x 13’ long constructed from 1/4” thick mild steel plate with reinforcing at the hopper top and mid-section with vertical stiffeners between middle and top of hopper on 4 sides; self-relieving tapered hopper bottom opening from 16” to 24” to minimize bridging; full length skirtboards with Rema Skirt 50 adjustable rubber flashing to prevent leakage between hopper bottom and belt feeder; adjustable discharge gate with hand crank to control material flow from each hopper.

b.  Each belt feeder is 30” wide x 12’-1” long with fixed speed 7.5 h.p. electric motor, Dodge TAII5215H40 shaft mount speed reducer, v-belt drive and OSHA drive guard; Dodge 12” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-15/16” SCM pillow block bearings; Dodge 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16” SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; OSHA tail terminal guard and side nip guards; ICC CEMA “C” flat belt idlers with 5” diameter rolls mounted on close centers; 3 ply vulcanized endless conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” covers. Belt speed setup for 50 fpm.

c.  Collecting conveyor is 36” wide with fixed speed 10 h.p. electric motor, Dodge TXT315 shaft mount speed reducer, v-belt drive and OSHA drive guard; Dodge 12” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-7/16” SCM pillow block bearings; Dodge 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16” SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; OSHA tail terminal guard; head pulley nip guards; ICC CEMA “C” 35 degree troughing idlers with 5” diameter rolls; ICC CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” diameter rolls; 2 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers; support leg.

d.  Support legs constructed of wide flange beams with angle iron cross bracing and base plates. Bolted connection to accommodate truck freight.

e.  One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
