Rock Systems Front End Loader Hopper with Discharge Conveyor, Model 101-30 complete as follows:

a) 13' wide x 9'-8" long hopper opening with 3 wing extensions and 16 ton storage capacity (based on 100 lbs/cu. ft. material).

b) Hopper constructed of 1/4" thick steel plate with reinforcing.

c) Heavy duty semi-portable support structure constructed of 5" x 5" square tubing with angle iron cross bracing and wide flange skid frame.

d) Slide gate to control material flow.

e) 30" wide discharge conveyor with Weg 10 h.p. electric motor, Dodge TXT425 shaft mount speed reducer; v-belt drive and OSHA drive guard; Dodge 14" diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 2-7/16" diameter 1045TGP shafting and Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; head pulley nip guards; Dodge 12" diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-3/16" diameter 1045TGP shafting and Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard; CEMA "C" 5" diameter conveyor idlers mounted on close centers; 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16" x 1/16" rubber covers; Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice.

f) Skirtboards with adjustable rubber flashing at hopper opening; nip guards.

g) Flexco Rockline belt scraper with urethane blade.

h) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
