Container Loading Conveyor

Rock Systems Pit-Portable Container Loading System complete as follows:

a)  7’ x 13’ hopper opening with open throat design complete with 42” wide roller belt feeder; 20 h.p. electric motor variable speed drive; 20” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 3-7/16” diameter shafting and pillow block bearings; Flexco Rockline belt scraper; 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-15/16” diameter shafting and pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard; CEMA “C” unequal roll 20 degree troughing idlers mounted on close centers; 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers vulcanized endless.

b)  48” wide discharge conveyor complete with 15 h.p. electric motor drive; 12” diameter rubber lagged drive pulley mounted on 2-15/16” diameter shafting and pillow block bearings; Flexco Rockline belt scraper; 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-15/16” diameter shafting and pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; flared receiving hopper with skirtboards; tail terminal guard; truss/channel conveyor frame construction; CEMA “C” troughing and return idlers with 5” steel rolls, 3 ply conveyor belting with mechanical belt splice.

c)  Pit-portable trailer constructed of heavy duty wide flange beams; single axle chassis with dual 11 x 22.5 tires; king pin; one set of hand crank landing legs at the king pin; 3 h.p. electric/hydraulic power system to raise/lower discharge conveyor.

d)  One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray enamel paint for all equipment.

e) Electric motor controls and wiring including a variable speed drive for the belt feeder and fixed speed drive for the discharge conveyor.
