Rock Systems End Dump Truck Unloader complete as follows:a) 52” wide x 20’ long vibrating grizzly feeder with 12’ long solid deck impact section and 8’ long stepped grizzly section with adjustable cast manganese bars. b) 40 h.p. electric motor constant speed drive complete with v-belts, drive and driven sheave, pivoted motor base and OSHA approved drive guard. c) 50 ton capacity rock box receiving hopper constructed of 3/4” thick plate steel with reinforcing. d) Collecting hopper located under grizzly section to contain product passing through stepped deck grizzly section. e) Heavy duty support structure constructed of wide flange beams with reinforcing. f) Heavy duty skid beams constructed of wide flange beams with reinforcing. g) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray
paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint
