including custom design and fabrication of a feed hopper
with belt feeder, transfer and stockpiling conveyors, cone
crusher structure, large fabricated steel support structure
with twin screw washer, twin vibrating screens with spray
bar systems and discharge chutes.
Recycle Crushing Plant
 Recycle
Crushing Plant in Portland, Oregon to process on-site broken
concrete with rebar steel and asphalt from a construction
demolition project. Finished products included road base
and trench backfill material recycled back into the project.
Overland Conveyor System
 Overland
Conveyor System in Seattle, Washington designed to transfer
and stockpile 1000 tons per hour of sand and gravel unloaded
from barges. This equipment was supplied to a general engineering
contractor involved with the expansion of a Port facility.
Complete New Plant
 Complete
New Plant for a lightweight volcanite quarry in Kelseyville,
California custom designed and fabricated to meet a growing
demand for specialty products. The plant components include
feed hopper, transfer and stockpiling conveyors, vibrating
screen, horizontal shaft impact crusher, electrical controls
and wiring.
Rip-Rap and Gabion Stone Processing Plant
 Rip-Rap
and Gabion Stone Processing Plant near Tucson, Arizona
designed to handle large quarry rock. This plant includes
a vibrating
grizzly feeder, heavy duty scalping screens and conveyors
to separate and stockpile several sizes of finished products
for slope protection of local rivers and canals.
