Model 104-A Truck Drive-Over Unloader

Rock Systems Truck Drive-Over Unloader, Model 104-A complete as follows:
 

a) 8'-8" long hopper opening constructed of 1/4" thick steel plate with reinforcing; hopper capacity 5.3 cubic yards (7.2 tons of material weighing 100 lbs/cu. foot). Steep hopper walls allow contamination free unloading of multiple products.

b) Fabricated steel runway for truck tires and pipe grizzly with nominal 5" spacing.

c) Adjustable discharge gate to control material flow.

d) Removable handrails with wheel bumpers.

e) Fabricated steel support structure with heavy duty structural beams and 1/4" thick plate steel enclosure.

f) 42" wide heavy duty discharge conveyor with 25 h.p. electric motor, Dodge shaft mount speed reducer, v-belt drive and drive guard, Dodge rubber lagged head pulley, Dodge snub pulley outfit, Dodge self-cleaning tail pulley with screw take-up assemblies, skirtboards with adjustable rubber flashing at hopper, Flexco Rockline belt scraper, vulcanized endless 3 ply conveyor belting with 1/4" x 1/16" rubber covers, CEMA "C" 20 degree idlers with 5" rolls mounted on close centers at load point, CEMA "C" 20 degree idlers with 5" rolls mounted on 4' centers thereafter, CEMA "C" return idlers with 5" rolls and return idler guards.

g) Fabricated steel wing walls.

h) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
