Fab Tec portable wash plant complete with 10 cubic yard feed hopper with 6" hydraulic tipping grizzly; 30" wide belt feeder with 10 h.p. variable speed drive; 36" wide screen feed conveyor with 10 h.p. electric motor drive; 5’ wide x 16’ long triple deck incline vibrating screen with 20 h.p. electric motor, v-belt drive and drive guard; 10 spray bar wash system with vee jet brass nozzles and manifold with individual shut off valves; A/R lined product discharge chutes for all three decks; catwalks with handrails on three sides of screen; 36" diameter x 25’ long single spiral sandscrew with 15 h.p. electric motor, replaceable Ni-hard wear shoes, adjustable spill over weirs; electric motor controls; all mounted on tandem axle portable chassis with lights, brakes, flaps and fifth wheel pin.
