Product Details

Rock Systems Semi-Portable Double Separation Rip-Rap Plant, Model 407–2, to produce 3 products, complete as follows:

a) 20 cubic yard hopper constructed of 1" thick plate with 1/2" thick stiffeners.

b) 52" wide x 24’ long heavy duty vibrating grizzly feeder with 50 h.p. electric motor drive; 12’ long solid deck impact section and two 6’ long grizzly sections with adjustable grizzly bars.

c) Collecting hopper under the first grizzly section constructed of 1/2" thick plate with stiffeners and AR liners to bypass the fines to the side discharge conveyor.

d) 42" wide x 50’ long heavy duty side discharge conveyor complete with Weg 20 h.p. electric motor, v-belt drive with OSHA drive guard, Falk shaft mount reducer with internal backstop, 18" diameter rubber lagged head pulley, 16" diameter self-cleaning tail pulley, screw take-up assemblies, 1/2" thick plate receiving hopper with skirtboards, stackable conveyor frame constructed of channel iron with 2" square tubing, impact deck at load point followed by CEMA "C" 35o troughing idlers on 4’ centers, 4 ply conveyor belting with 1/4" x 1/16" rubber covers; Flexco Rockline belt scraper, support legs.

e) Heavy duty side discharge chute under the second grizzly section constructed of 1/2" thick plate with stiffeners and AR liners to bypass the middle product to the ground.

f) Semi-portable steel fabricated support structure with skid frame and plate steel bulkheads.

g) Steel fabricated bolt on wing extensions to feed plant from the rear.

h) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.

i) Electric motor controls and wiring for all electric motors including variable frequency drive for vibrating grizzly feeder.
