Rock Systems Low Profile End Dump Truck Unloader, Model 111-EDV complete as follows:
a) Twin 36" wide x 26'-6" flat belt feeders with twin 7.5 h.p. electric motors, shaft mount speed reducers, v-belt drives and drive guards; CEMA C idlers with 5" diameter rolls; 12" diameter rubber lagged head pulleys mounted on pillow block bearings; 10" diameter self-cleaning tail pulleys mounted on pillow block bearings with screw take-up assemblies; 3 ply conveyor belting; full length adjustable skirtboards.
b) Common discharge collecting chute with extension to combine for single point discharge 4'-6" tall.
c) Welded 1/4" mild steel dump hopper with tubular framework; rubber bottom and side dump body seals for end dump style truck unloading. No ramps are required to unload trucks.
d) Single rigid mounted axle with dual 11.00 x 22.5 tires and wheels; air brakes, lights and pintle towing eye.
e) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
