Rock Systems Pit Portable Low Profile Drive-Over Unloader for grain trucks, Model P104-LPG complete as follows:

a) Low profile truck dump 4' long x 10' wide x 17" tall complete with hopper and adjustable skirtboards; drive-over grates; enclosed side boards; steel fabricated access ramps. Hopper and drive-over grates remove for service.

b) 48" wide discharge conveyor complete with Weg 25 h.p. electric motor, Dodge shaft mount reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and OSHA drive guard; 18" rubber lagged head pulley; 8" snub pulley; 12" self-cleaning tail pulley with screw take-up assemblies; Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16" x 1/16" rubber covers; CEMA "C" flat belt idlers mounted on close centers at load point followed by CEMA "C" 20o troughing idlers mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA "C" return idlers mounted on 10’ centers with return idler guards; vertical curve with hold down wheel; Flexco Rockline belt scraper; steel fabricated discharge hood with AR liners.

c) Steel fabricated trailer frame with single axle chassis, pneumatic tires and tow hitch.

d) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
