Portable Low Profile End Dump Truck Unloader, Model 111-LP complete as follows:

a) Low profile truck dump 12’ long x 4’-9" wide x 24" tall, hopper and skirtboards with adjustable REMA 1/2" x 6" skirtboard rubber; side boards; removable backboard which can be installed on either side of the unit; 1" x 6" rubber bumpers.

b) 48" wide discharge conveyor complete with Weg 25 h.p. electric motor, Falk 5307J25 shaft mount reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and OSHA drive guard; 18" rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 3-7/16" shafting with Dodge Type "E" bearings; 8" snub pulley mounted on Dodge SCM bearings; 12" self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-7/16" shafting with Dodge SCM bearings; screw take-up assemblies; 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16" x 1/16" rubber covers; CEMA "C" flat belt idlers mounted on close centers at load point followed by CEMA "C" 35o troughing idlers mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA "C" return idlers mounted on 10’ centers; vertical curve with hold down wheel; Flexco Rockline belt scraper. Belt speed setup for 200 feet per minute; return idler guards.

c) Discharge hood with A/R liners.

d) Single axle chassis with brakes, lights and mud flaps; pintle type tow hitch; landing legs.

e) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
