IROCK model RDS-25 portable recycle crushing and screening plant self-contained with Cat 3406 diesel engine and 100 kW generator with electrical motor control panel. The portable crushing plant includes a feed hopper, 52" x 17’ long vibrating grizzly feeder, Trio 4054 impact crusher, vibrating pan feeder mounted under the crusher, triple axle portable chassis with hydraulic jacking legs. The portable screen plant includes a 42" wide screen feed conveyor, Telsmith 6' wide x 16' long double deck incline vibrating screen, two 24" wide cross conveyors at the screen discharge, 24" wide closed circuit conveyor, 48" wide under screen discharge conveyor, self-cleaning magnetic separator, dual axle portable chassis with hydraulic jacking legs. Excludes stockpiling conveyors.
