Complete Portable Crushing and Screening Plant, self-contained with diesel power, complete with: a) Portable Missouri-Rogers (Nordberg) 30” x 40” jaw crusher with 150 hp electric motor, 46” wide x 16’ long vibrating grizzly feeder with 30 h.p. fixed speed electric motor, feed hopper, 42” wide discharge conveyor with 20 hp electric motor, 3 axle truck chassis. The manganese jaw plates are worn out and need replacing. b) Portable Torgerson “C” horizontal shaft impact crusher powered by Detroit Diesel 6-71 engine which is in bad shape; 42” wide closed-circuit conveyor with 20 hp motor with wrap drive and 36” wide short transfer closed circuit conveyor ; El Jay 6’ x 16’ triple deck horizontal screen model #FSG-6163-32, serial #34F2094; twin 24” wide x 10’ long cross collecting conveyors with 5 hp motors for 2nd and 3rd decks of screen; 42” wide main feed conveyor; 48” wide end discharge conveyor under screen; 3 axle truck chassis. Owner purchased this item new in 1992 for $300,000. c) Portable electrical control van with starters for all electric motors, electrical cable, Cat gen set with model 3306 engine. The starters were operational when the plant was shut down. d) One 30” wide x 40’ long stackable transfer conveyor sitting in place and shown in the photos is included. The radial stockpiling conveyor has been removed and is not included.
