Product Details

Conveyor complete as follows:

a) Head terminal includes Weg 20 h.p. TEFC electric motor; Falk 4215J14C shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and OSHA drive guard; Precision 18” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 2-15/16” shafting with Dodge SC pillow block bearings, head pulley nip guards. Head terminal top folds for highway travel.

b) Tail terminal includes Precision 16” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-3/16” shafting with Dodge SC wide slot take-up bearings and screw take-up assemblies with 24” travel. OSHA approved tail terminal guard.

c) Radial receiving hopper bolted to tail terminal complete with skirtboards and rubber flashing.

d) Conveyor truss frame 30” deep with 3” x 3” x 1/4” top and bottom chord angles, 2” x 2” x 1/4” side lattice bracing, 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1/4” top and bottom lattice bracing.

e) Conveyor belting, 2 ply, with 3/16” top rubber cover and 1/16” bottom rubber cover, 220# working tension.

f) Hewitt-Robins conveyor troughing idlers, CEMA “B”, 35 degree deep trough, with 5” diameter rolls mounted on 4’ centers; troughing idlers CEMA “B”, 20 degree deep trough, with 5” diameter rolls mounted on close centers at the load point and one at the head pulley; return idlers CEMA “B” with 5” diameter rolls mounted on 10’ centers.

g) Conveyor undercarriage constructed of heavy duty pipe with crossbracing, permitting adjustable inclination of conveyor from the travel position to the operating position.

h) Swivel wheel assemblies to position wheels for travel mode or radial mode for stockpiling.

i) Single wheels with spindles and 11R-22.5/14 pneumatic tires.

j) Fifth wheel pin assembly for towing. Pivot plate assembly for tail terminal to operate conveyor in radial mode.

k) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.

l) Options available include power radial traversing drive, power undercarriage raise/lower feature, and highway tow package.
