a) Head terminal includes Weg 50 h.p. TEFC electric motor; Dodge TXT7 shaft mount speed reducer; v-belt drive and drive guard; Dodge 20" rubber lagged head pulley; Dodge bend pulleys; Dodge self-cleaning gravity take-up pulley; gravity take-up assembly with take-up weight box; Dodge Type E pillow block bearings; 1045TGP shafting; Flexco Rockline belt scraper; skid mounted support structure.
b) Tail terminal includes Dodge 20" diameter self-cleaning tail pulley; 1045TGP shafting; screw take-up assemblies with 4' of travel; Dodge Type E pillow block bearings; OSHA approved tail terminal guard; 8' long rock box receiving hopper with skirtboards and rubber flashing; skid mounted support structure.
c) 8" deep formed channel conveyor frame construction.
d) 3 ply conveyor belting, 330 P.I.W., 1/4" top rubber cover and 1/16" bottom rubber cover, Flexco mechanical splice kits.
e) CEMA "C" idlers with 5" diameter rolls: 20o deep trough mounted on close centers at load point and one at the head pulley; 35o deep trough mounted on 4' centers; troughing training idlers mounted on 100' centers; return idlers mounted on 10' centers; return training idlers mounted on 100' centers.
f) Conveyor support legs with cross brace and formed channel base.
g) Fasteners for all intermediate frames, cross bracing, support legs and idlers.
h) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
