Rock Systems Model 407-A Rip-Rap PlantRock Systems Semi-Portable Rip-Rap Plant Model 407-A to produce 3 products, complete as follows: a) Stationary sloping grizzly to separate largest rock size with heavy duty adjustable grizzly bars. Large 15’ wide hopper opening for front end loader. Sloping grizzly removes for travel. b) 20 ton capacity storage hopper constructed of 1” thick plate with reinforcing. c) 46” wide x 16’ long heavy duty vibrating grizzly feeder with 25 h.p. fixed speed electric motor drive; 10’ long solid deck impact section and 6’ long grizzly section with adjustable cast manganese bars; discharge chute for oversize material and collecting hopper for undersize material. d) Semi-portable fabricated steel support structure with skid frame and plate steel bulkheads. e) 42” wide x 50’ long heavy duty side discharge stockpiling conveyor for material passing through vibrating grizzly feeder complete with 15 h.p. electric motor drive, rubber impact deck and support leg.
