36" x 100' Portable Field Conveyor

Rock Systems 36” wide x 100’ long Pit Portable Field Conveyor complete as follows:

a)  Head terminal includes 25 h.p. TEFC electric motor; Dodge TA5215H15 shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and drive guard; 18” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 3-7/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; discharge hood with Flexco Rockline belt scraper installed; Belt speed setup for 350 feet per minute.

b)  Tail terminal includes 16” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-15/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings and screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard.

c)  6’ long rock box receiving hopper bolted to the tail terminal complete with skirtboards and adjustable rubber flashing.

d)  42” deep truss conveyor frame construction.

e)  Conveyor belting, 3 ply, with 3/16” top rubber cover and 1/16” bottom rubber cover, 330# working tension, Flexco mechanical belt splice.

f)  CEMA “C” troughing idlers 20 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on close centers at the load point and one at the head pulley; CEMA “C” troughing idlers 35 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on 10’ centers.

g)  Conveyor undercarriage constructed of heavy duty tube permitting adjustable inclination of the conveyor; single wheels with 425/65R-22.5/20 high flotation pneumatic tires; field tow hitch.

h)  One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray enamel paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow enamel paint for all guarding.

i)  Electric motor control panel mounted on the conveyor and wired to the electric motor.
