Rock Systems Portable Low Profile Drive-Over Unloader, Model 104-LP complete as follows:
a) Low profile truck dump 7'-8" long x 10 ’ wide x 24” tall with skirtboards; drive-over grates; wheel bumpers; steel fabricated truck access ramps.
b) Twin 36” wide conveyors complete with twin 20 h.p. head pulley drives with Falk shaft mount reducers; v-belt drives and OSHA drive guards; 2 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers; flat belt idlers at load point mounted on close centers followed by 35 degree troughing idlers mounted on 4’ centers; return idlers mounted on 10’ centers; vertical curve with hold down wheels; screw take-up assemblies; steel fabricated discharge hood for single product discharge.
c) Fixed height single axle portable undercarriage with tires and wheels; tow hitch.
d) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
