Rock Systems Drive-Over Unloader, Model 104-B for scrapers and bottom dump trucks with gates up to 10’ long, complete as follows:

a) 10’-8” long hopper opening constructed of 1/4” thick steel plate with reinforcing; hopper capacity 22.2 cubic yards (30 tons of material weighing 100 lbs/cu. foot).

b) Heavy duty pipe grizzly. Removable wheel runway is optional.

c) Adjustable gate to control material flow.

d) Removable handrails with wheel bumpers.

e) Fabricated steel support structure with heavy duty structural beams and 1/4” thick plate steel enclosure on three sides.

f) 48” wide heavy duty discharge conveyor with 50 h.p. electric motor drive, snub pulley outfit, full length skirtboards with discharge hood, rubber impact idlers on close centers under load point, double bladed belt scraper, vulcanized endless conveyor belting with 1/4” x 1/16” rubber covers.

g) Fabricated steel wing walls.

h) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
