a) 11’ wide hopper opening with 12 ton storage capacity (based on 100 lbs/cu. ft. material).

b) Hopper constructed of 1/4” thick steel plate with reinforcing and 6” x 4” rectangular tubing.

c) Heavy duty semi-portable support structure with skid frame.

d) Radial discharge gate.

e) 36” wide roller belt feeder with 15 h.p. electric/hydraulic variable speed drive; Hewitt-Robins CEMA “C” 5” diameter conveyor rollers mounted on close centers; Precision 16” diameter rubber lagged head pulley; Precision 16” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley; heavy duty 4 ply conveyor belting vulcanized endless with 1/4” x 1/16” rubber covers; double bladed belt scraper.

f) Full length skirtboards with adjustable rubber flashing.

g) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
